When our baby was diagnosed with left-side hemiplegia at just 6 months old, we were heartbroken and full of anxiety. We were initially very hesitant about starting physiotherapy for such a small infant, but meeting Akshay Sir changed everything.Looking back after 8 months of therapy, I can confidently say that early intervention and finding the right guide makes all the difference. Akshay Sir is not just an expert in his domain, he is incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He didn't just treat our baby, he educated us. He broke down developmental milestones, taught us exactly what to do (and what not to do) at home, and handled our baby with such gentleness that our initial fears vanished immediately.The progress has been amazing. From struggling with movement, our baby is now crawling, his hand movements have improved significantly, and at 14 months, baby is on his way to standing! We are still continuing therapy and are confident our baby will be walking soon. If you are a parent looking for support, please don't wait. We are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication our child has received from Speech therapist Miss Monica and Special Educator Miss Anuradha at Active learning child development center. After brain surgery and while managing epilepsy, our child faced significant communication challenges along with writing and ADL. From the very beginning, the therapist showed exceptional patience, compassion, and expertise. They took the time to truly understand our child’s unique needs and adjusted each session to make it both effective and encouraging. The progress we’ve seen—in confidence—has been remarkable. Monica ma’am has worked upon many oro motor enhancement for my daughter including better chewing, sipping from the straw and drooling control are few of them. Anuradha ma’am teaches in an interesting manner and makes sure that she revise things with the child that was taught a day before, so that the child learns the concept thoroughly. Further, she teaches about any upcoming festivals/event. Our child feels safe, supported, and motivated during therapy, which means everything to us as parents. Anuradha ma’am and Monica ma’am goes above and beyond, communicating clearly with our family and celebrating every small victory along the way. We recommend them highly enough to any family seeking skilled, empathetic, and truly life-changing education they are giving to my child.

When we started therapy for my nephew’s spastic diplegic cerebral palsy, we were scared and confused. But meeting Dr. Akshay Raj Chandra changed everything for us. I visited Active learning child development centre on 14.10.2024 first time for my 1 year old daughter suffering from motor devlopment delay . That time my daughter was unable to sit and after 1 month of qualitical therapy and hard work done by Dr Akshay my daughter was able to sit independently. Then after that approx in 2 month she started crawling and as on date she is able to stand and almost about to walking independently . Dr Akshay is very intelligent, hardworking , diligent , professional and 1001% dedicated to his work. Many times I discussed so many things for my daughter development , he answered each and every question very politely and meaningful. Last line from the bottom of my heart Dr Akshay Raj Chandra is like god , he does miracles by his therapy and giving proper line of treatment and cures child very fast Within 1 year my daughter is able to do all things that are necessary. I recommend all the parents whose child needs physiotherapy must visit the active learning child development centre at least once , Dr Akshay and his team monika mam Pinky mam Anuradha mam are doing hard work to make all children capable to meet their requirements. I came all the way from kanpur to Noida to Dr Akshay for my son's physiotherapy sessions, And I must say that one week sessions were so fruitful, Dr Akshay is really polite and creates a safe space for children, he guided us with really best excercise for club foot , I must say he is one of the best pediatric physiotherapist I have come across, I would highly recommend Dr Akshay
